Randall David Loker Director

Executive Director and Investment Officer of Paladin Realty Partners, LLC, since 2007, focused on real estate investments in Brazil and surrounding areas. Mr. Loker is also part of Paladin‘s Investment Committee. He previously worked as Project Manager of Toll Brothers, a large North American developer, where he managed the areas of construction and sale of real estate projects in Northern California. Mr. Loker started his career as a civil engineer at Camp Dresser & McKee, an international consulting firm based in Cambridge, Massachusetts, specialized in sewage sanitation and water treatment projects. Mr. Loker holds a BA degree in science from the University of Michigan, a degree in civil and environmental engineering and a master‘s degree in real estate development from the Institute of Technology of Massachusetts.
